Friday / The AI receptionist
The phone stops interrupting dinner service.
Friday is a chat assistant that lives on your website. It books and cancels reservations directly in the chat, and answers the questions your staff repeat all day: hours, menu, parking, dietary options, private rooms, whether the patio is open.
01 / The problem it removes
Calls nobody is free to answer.
- It is 11pm and someone wants Saturday at 7. Nobody is there. Friday books it in the chat, or cancels it, without anyone picking up a phone.
- It is the middle of the rush and the phone rings: is the patio open, is there parking, can you do gluten free. Every one of those is an interruption Friday absorbs.
- A customer with a nut allergy asks a question that deserves a careful answer. Friday gives the answer you approved, or says it does not know and hands them to you.
02 / The design choice that matters
It says "I don't know."
The first fear every owner has is an AI inventing menu items for their customers. So Friday is built the opposite way: it answers only from the information you approve, and when it is not sure, it says so plainly and points the customer to your staff.
Do not take that on faith. The demo below is live. Try to trick it.
03 / Live demo
Monte Bianco, a demo restaurant.
This is the real product running on a demo restaurant, not a video. Open the chat bubble in the bottom right. Book a table, cancel it, ask about parking, ask for something that is not on the menu and watch it refuse to make one up.

What setup actually involves.
-
01
You give me your menu, hours, and policies: cancellations, large parties, dietary handling. There is a short intake form so nothing gets missed.
-
02
I configure Friday with exactly that information and nothing else, then you test it yourself before it faces a single customer.

03
The chat bubble goes on your existing website. Your site does not change otherwise. No website? See the website service.
05 / Pricing
Free for 3 months. Then one number.
You run Friday free for 3 months, on your real customers, before paying anything. If it earns its keep, setup is $450 once and $40 a month after that. Cancel anytime, no contract.

06 / Common questions
Before you ask.
Will it invent answers about my menu?
No. It answers from your approved information only, and says "I don't know" otherwise. That refusal is the core design choice, and the demo above lets you verify it.
Does it replace my phone?
No. It absorbs the routine questions and bookings that interrupt service. Anything it cannot handle still reaches you the way it always has.
What do you need from me?
Your menu, hours, and policies, through a short intake form. That is the whole of your homework. I do the rest and you approve it before it goes live.
Put Friday on your site for 3 months, free.
Worst case, you remove a chat bubble. Best case, the phone finally quiets down.
